ONLINE COLLECTIONS- - -, -, NC - ( - ) -This company claims they sent one letter to me regarding this debt and then attached to my credit report. I never received letter and they say since they did not receive returned mail, they had right under federal law to report to credit bureau. One supposed letter and no phone calls is hardly due diligence to notify me before impairing my credit score.
