This is a follow-up to case # -. I read over all the bank had to say. What they forgot to mention is that they had put up the house for sale a week prior the court date. They listed our home one week before the court date that was established to cancel the sale. This is what I 've been trying to explain to the courts and the appeal courts, but it 's like they 're overlooking this.
