Effective - -, 2014, Selene Finance LP took over my mortgage loan from - - -. Since this time and to current date, I have been in dispute with Selene Finance LP regarding my mortgage payments. It is still unresolved even after multiple attempts and providing them with the proof of payment. My last bank statement included a delinquent notice that I am late on my mortgage payment and that failure to bring my loan current may result in fees and foreclosure.
