Re : Citizens Bank, - -, Ct. Acct # -, - - - of - - -I have multiple personal and business accounts with Citizens Bank and have been repeatedly told that because of the total large amount of money I have on deposit none of my accounts will be charged a service fee. On FOUR separate occasions I have discovered that for months Citizens has been charging some of my accounts a service fee. Each time I talk to and email my representatives asking for the fees to be reversed, for a written letter apologizing and explaning what happened, and for a written assurance it will not happen again. The first three times the fees were reversed but I never got so much as a phone call, let alone the written documentation I requested. Today I discovered that CitizensBank again has charged the above acccount a $25.00 service fee on -, -, and -/-/15. I am not sure if they have charged my other accounts or my wife 's accounts on other dates.
