Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Tennessee

Receiving calls and letter in reference to previous bill which was paid some dating back to 2004, some years prior to the death of my husband. Many related to agency collection fees for bills which were paid to the hospital/doctor directly. Many others show no balance due. Have repeatedly told this agency they were in errors and after seeking documentation their own evidence shows they are in error. Remove all records and notations on my credit report with the Credit Reporting Services
