FHA mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Georgia

I am trying to work with my lender on a loan modifcation and they are refusing to review my loan for a modification. I have a FHA loan and they are advising me that my packet had to be sent to them - days before the forelclosure but i didn ; t even know i had a foreclosure until 1 week ago. Also i did not receive the foreclosure letter until - -, 2015 there was no way for me to send the packet in - days before the foreclosure when i did n't know there was a foreclosure until - days before the scheduled date. Please help me keep my home
