I used to be with - - but they sold me to Selene Finance several months ago. I have never been late on a payment and have never received calls about payments until they took over. The first 2 months I sent the payment around the - of the month through my banks online bill pay. Both months they called ( usually by the - or - day of the month ) claiming to not have gotten the payment. Then when I came back at them they reluctantly admitted oh wait, we do have it but it has n't been posted ''. So I started sending it on the - of the month ( again, - online bill pay ) which worked the first month but today I received another call from them! I have read many complaints about them pretty much saying the same thing. It is so very frustrating to know I 've paid - even way early - and still get a call every month harrassing me and telling me they havent received it. What can I do? Please help!
