We presented complete documentation, including a live offer, to Selene Finance for a Short Sale on - -, -/-/2015. The documentation was confirmed received that same day. I called in -, - on - and left a VM for - -, and - on - and received a different Customer Service Rep. ( CSR ). The CSR requested a HUD statement and scheduled the -. The HUD was provided the following day, on - -. I spoke with - - on - to confirm receipt of the HUD, and he stated that he wanted us to slash fees on the HUD to all parties except the lender, and stated that if we did n't provide him a HUD as he stated, he would not process the file and would let the Foreclosure Sale take place on - -, -/-/2015. On - -, I called in for the status of the - and to again request postponement of the Foreclosure Sale, as there was a live offer, and we were waiting on their team to complete the -. I was sent to - - 's VM box and left a message. On -, receiving no response from -, I called in


to be transferred to a supervisor and left a VM for - -. I have yet to receive a call back from - -. On - -, hearing nothing from - or -, I sent - an email explaining my expectation that he would either provide me with the - or postpone the foreclosure sale to allow time to properly review the file. - returned my call and stated that the - was returned, and confirmed that the valuation of the - was in line with the live offer on the property, however, he stated that he would not move to postpone the foreclosure sale date, nor would he remit the documentation we had provided to the investor until we provided him with a HUD slashing our fees. I explained to him that failure to cooperate would likely result in his investor losing approximately $78000.00 in the next 48 hours, based upon a 65 % FMV opening bid on Friday. He was unmoved. I further explained to him that the State of Washington sets the fees for the Escrow Agent, and his demand for the HUD runs afoul of Washington - -, and he was again unmoved. To save the deal, I asked Escrow to provide the HUD, and he received it the same day, confirming that he would also immediately submit the file to his investor for review. On - -, I requested an update on that review, and a postponement of the foreclosure sale date, as we were waiting for his investor to review the documentation. He again refused. I reiterated the financial consequences of his actions to his investor and requested notice of postponement of the foreclosure sale date, giving him until the end of the business day to provide confirmation that the sale date was postponed. I have not received it to this day. The foreclosure sale date is tomorrow.
