I was late paying the annual maintenance fee for 2016 ( the last day for payment was -/-/2016 ). The account was assigned to Pinnacle Recovery for collection. I paid the timeshare management company ( original creditor ) the 2016 maintenance fee plus interest and the original creditor 's late fee in - 2016 directly by check. The check was cashed.
