Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Tennessee

The office manager charged me $35.00 for not canceling my appointment within 24 hours. I spoke to someone in the Doctors office the day prior to my appointment canceling the appointment. I had just lost my job - the person - who i believe was the office manager said ok.
