In - - I ran into financial issues and called them initially to stop the payments. A paralegal named - stated that I needed to write a letter. I wrote a letter and stating I needed to stop payments until - of this year. They claim they tried to contact me and sent me letters. The amount of money is not correct, I have repeatedly attempted to contact this firm to resolve and no response received. I did file an answer with in the allotted time frame and have since been receiving letters from this attorney to contact them. When i do try to contact again un answered. They then file judgement summerys to place a judgement with a trial becuase they did not hear from me. This is very frustrating. Please hep. ... |
