AC Autopay, LLC Consumer loan managing the loan or lease November 10, 2015 - I tried to pay my monthly auto payment through my bank. Payment was scheduled for -/-/2015. On -/-/2015 I called AC Autopay inquiring about the payment and was informed that no payment had been received. I called my bank and was told electronic payments are not accepted by AC Autopay, so they sent them a paper check via US MAIL. I stopped payment on the check since no one could verify it 's whereabouts. I then called AC Autopay again on the -.
