I am writing to ask for the CFPB to review the policy for loss mitigation practices for Cornerstone Mortgage. I applied in early - 2015 asking for consideration on a 6-12 month modification. They acknowledged receiving and asked for additional information. They state that they do not consider the options until deemed facially complete.
