I offered to set up monthly payment arrangements of $30.00 a month and the balance was $250.00. I gave them my banking information to debt my account each month for $30.00 until the balance was paid. Gila LLC Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying May 21, 2015 - A representative of Municipal Services Bureau called me saying that I owed $ 1,000+ for unpaid traffic tickets and that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. When I explained that I have no unpaid traffic tickets and that in fact had not received a ticket in 8 yrs ( which had been paid off ), I was told that I still owed them money unless I provided proof of having paid off the ticket. At this point I terminated the conversation. Upon checking for outstanding warrants under my name on the internet, I found that there were none.
