Big Picture Loans, LLC Payday loan payment to acct not credited payment to acct not credited July 7, 2016 - I took a loan with Big Picture loans. They were supposed to deduct the first payment on - -. I checked and it was not done. I called to ask why and they said they did attempt to deduct it but my bank denied it saying I stopped payment on it. I checked with the bank and no such thing happened. They then said they would deduct starting - -. No deduction and today I get a message again saying that my bank denied it and that I had stopped payment on it. This is totally incorrect.
