- - contacted and would not identify who they were after I demanded it at least 3 times. They stated they were a law firm representing their company. They threatened my with taking me to court, which would result in costs over $5000.00. I also received a call from a so called process server asking I would be home between certain hours on a specific day, she never called or showed up as se said she would. I contacted the so called complaintent as well as my bank. Not only were there not any deposits made on the day they stated their client made, but there were also not any further attempts to get their money according to my bank. I also called the complaintant, Castle Payday, who changed there name to Big Picture Loans. They informed Funds, which is definitely not - -! I feel scammed and bullied and into trying to set up a payment plan with someone I did n't need to! SOOO ANGRY!!!
