Payday loan Payment to acct not credited Payment to acct not credited New Jersey

I took a loan with Big Picture loans. They were supposed to deduct the first payment on - -. I checked and it was not done. I called to ask why and they said they did attempt to deduct it but my bank denied it saying I stopped payment on it. I checked with the bank and no such thing happened. They then said they would deduct starting - -. No deduction and today I get a message again saying that my bank denied it and that I had stopped payment on it. This is totally incorrect. I feel these people are taking me and eventually will tell me I am past due when they are obviously not deducting the monies. I am not going to contact them again this time as they are lying. My bank said no attempt was made by them to deduct monies and there is no record that I stopped payment. They already want to charge me $30.00 for being late when I am not late it is their fault. These people need to be stopped.
