Weichert Financial Services Mortgage credit decision / underwriting August 8, 2015 - . I am currently having issues with my lender, -, - Weichert Financial. Yes I do have an attorney but I 'm afraid that all parties involved are at the mercy of my lender. Also with all the delays already, time will not allow me to find a new lender and restart the process. I have already filed a complaint with the nj department of Banking, but again time is against me. My wife and I are already suffering monetary and emotional damages.
