So I took the next step to filing a complaint with the Attorney General in the Consumer Protection and submitted the contract with proof that my credit card was bill erroneously. No email, no letter, no phone call, -. Just one day, poof! my account was gone! I discovered that when I wanted to deposit a check to my account, and the account disappeared. I called Chase, they told me because they charged $15.00 per month when my biz account balance is below $1500.00 for the past 8 months. The account went to negative and they closed it!
