As a result it reflects my report in a very bias way. After contacting Fith third bank on this matter, they ask for my information to see if they could resolve the matter. I immediately called Fifth Third call center and spoke to - to be told my account address was changed via the phone. I asked to freeze accounts but could not be done on the phone so I went to the branch. The address was changed on my account by a person by the name of - - but why would that be in the bank notes and why would the bank allow another person to change account address??? I have had issues with the bank the entire time I had an account. The bill pay did n't work correctly and I called several times because the bills did n't get paid on the correct date that the bank GUARANTEED.
