Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer having problems with customer service July 7, 2016 - After numerous attempts, Suntrust and its assigns, -, -, continue to report a charge off on a student loan that was refunded in FULL. I have obtained supporting documents from the university that express without doubt that Suntrust is erroneously reporting a charge off to the credit bureaus, -, - & -.
