National Education Servicing, LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer don't agree with fees charged May 10, 2016 - I borrowed a total of $38000.00 in -/-/- and -/-/- for my student loans with National Education Services from -, IL. I noticed after making 87 payments on time that my balance was only rising. After speaking with them multiple times and not getting answers ( even when speaking to the President - - ) I finally talked to someone who told me there was capital interest on top of my monthly interest.
