National Education Servicing, LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer don't agree with fees charged May 10, 2016 - I borrowed a total of $38000.00 in -/-/- and -/-/- for my student loans with National Education Services from -, IL. I noticed after making 87 payments on time that my balance was only rising. After speaking with them multiple times and not getting answers ( even when speaking to the President - - ) I finally talked to someone who told me there was capital interest on top of my monthly interest. I have student loans with - companies, FedLoan ( ~ $ -currently in forbearance ) and National Education . I have been able to defer/forebear my loans during my training, as a - is not sufficient to make payments while supporting my wife and child. They have requested several forms over the past two months, of which i have sent to them and they have continued to reject.
