March 23, 2015 - I applied for and received a TD Bank credit card in - 2014. The card promised unlimited cash back on grocery store spending for six months. When I tried to use the card for several - purchases, they placed my account under review. When I called the fraud department, I verified all attempted and completed charges, paid my bill in full, so no fraud risk.
