I 'm contacting your agency to understand why my account with - - - would be transferred to a collection agency and per the letter from the agency account is in a delinquent status. I understood only collection accounts are turned over to agencies for payment. The letter from the agency is dated -/-/2015 and - - - has just processed my latest payment to them on -/-/2015.Please advise
