On -/-/-, I asked NCB Management Services , Inc., for full and complete verification and validation of the collection account pursuant to Section 809 of 15 U.S.C. -/-/- ( g ) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. On -/-/-, NCB Management Services - Inc., claimed that - - - was the original creditor for which it was collecting ( see attached ). On -/-/-, after asking for validation of the debt, NCB Management Services - Inc., provided me documentation which did not mention - - - as the original creditor ( see attached ). Instead, - - was mentioned as the original creditor. This information is ambiguous, misleading, and false.
