( After 25 years of being a - - policy holder, they denied a covered flood claim. They denied the claim verbally but never in writing. We went all the way to mediation with no written denial. After many months and much of our time they paid the claim ). Then, - - did not renew us on -/-/15, they did this without any cancellation notice. The local office agent informed us of the cancellation verbally over the phone the week prior to the - of - and we never received a renewal certificate before -/-... |
