I called back and learned that Escallate was looking for my ex-husband. I explained that he and I have been divorced since -. The debt collector agreed to take my phone number out of their database. Since then, I have received calls from Escallate on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-, and -/-/-. I saved all of their voicemails. The calls need to stop or Escallate needs to be shut down.... |

He sought medical services and signed the authorization for treatment/payment. I tried multiple times to get this corrected but the company refused to correct their billing information.
