Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

Dear sir/madamI have disputed this debt from ESCALLATE for so many time now but ESCALLATE stated that they were told to continue collecting the false debt from me without providing any proof of documentation to show that I own this debt. Account number - I copied this account number from my - credit report.. I do n't own any MEDICAL BILL to ESCALLATE LLC or any of it 's affiliates or so called original creditor. I am requesting a further investigation to this matter and also ESCALLATE LLC have to provide proof of documentation concerning the debt. example the document or documents I submitted when I seek for the care from the Original creditor. I BELIEVED THEY GOT MY ADDRESS FROM THE DESPUTE I SUBMITTED
