-/-/2015 I was injured at work, laborer for the City of - and received medical treatment at - Hospital. When I arrived I brought them a " blue card '' which is the alert for the city to handle the injury bills as well as the doctor and nurse signed off that i was hurt on the job. The City and - have a contract that - services all it 's employees and bills only the City if within working hours and if deemed a work injury. the bill was moved to Escallate , LLC and has been on my credit for several months. Due to the contract between - and the City, I am not responsible for the bill.
