Siwell Inc Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker April 4, 2016 - Capital Mortgage received a payoff request on - - from - - and did not process my request until - - causing additional cost to my loan. I 'm not sure why it took Capital until - - to process my payoff request when it was submitted on - - with my authorization. The additional prepaid interest cost on my loan is $1100.00 as opposed to $57.00 if I had closed on - - as planned. Now I have to close an FHA loan in the middle of the month. - - - has generously offered to pay for my interest owed to Capital Mortgage until they can pay loan off. Capital... |
