Paid off the loan in full over a year ago. Mariner finance refuses to give us the title to the boat and claims that - never gave it to them. We are owed the title upon payment. I did not open an account with them so I immediately called the number on the letter and left a message stating as such. I did this twice with no response. A week or so later I received a call from Mariner Finance asking me if I wanted to set up online payments.
