I submitted a complaint to you all back in - of 2015 n regards to myself and Mariner Finance please use my previous information to locate that complaint as it is vital to the complaint I making today- Mariner Finance hired a company by the name of - - . - - hired an employee by the name of - -. - was hired to have me served in order to have a judgment by the court of law placed on me for the remaining balance of the car they sold after repossessing the car from me in - of 2015. The cause of this repossession was not at all my fault I purchased a money order in the amount of $430.00 on -,2015. Mariner swore they never received the payment. I went as far as tracking the money order complaining to the post office raising -, faxing proof to Mariner. On - - I received a call from " - '' from Mariner Finance very rudely asking me what my intentions are? I begged his pardon and asked what are you talking about. He said to me a payment posted to my account - - for $430.00. I laughed so hard and said I have not sent you all a dime since you took my car that was the payment that you all claimed you never got. Just as I thought my payment set on someone 's desk the entire summer. It was probably mishandled for the week it came in was - of -. As you can see there are several issues here and this has caused a great deal of stress. For additional info please see previous complaint made back in -. However this time we are dealing with Fraud!
