Obtained a boat loan from -. During the course of the loan, Mariner Finance bought the loan. Paid off the loan in full over a year ago. Mariner finance refuses to give us the title to the boat and claims that - never gave it to them. We are owed the title upon payment. I am - military and I am unable to do anything with the boat ( to include sell or move it ) without the title. This has been ongoing for more than a year.
