I completed the underwriting process on -/-/- at a different - dealership ( - ) but was unable to complete the transaction as there was not a vehicle at the dealership that I was interested in purchasing. I was able to locate a vehicle at the - location on -/-/2016. I was told that it was mandatory that I purchase a - warranty contract with the vehicle by the dealership, however, I was told by the underwriting department for - at - that all warranties are optional. COOLEY ENTERPRISES INC Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease April 16, 2016 - I purchase a car from Clay Cooley on -/-/-. On -/-/- my car broke down. The company made me pay - dollar for a loaner car in addition to my car note. They kept my car until for over a month without fixing it. Once it was finally fixed I ended up taking the car back 2 additional times for the same problem. On - - they traded me to another car. After having the new car only 3 weeks I had problems with it. I took it in they supposed to have fixed it and a week later it is now back in the shop. I have made all my payments on time and have continued to receive bad service... |
