First National Bank of Pennsylvania Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease December 3, 2015 - When we applied for a home equity loan, our bank contacted - - - to do a search. We were called by the bank and told that company said there are - liens against us. I knew that was wrong so I called the courthouse and had copies of the judgements sent to me. It only took me one minute to see that the only thing that matched was my husband 's name. Birth date, address and SS # were all different. I called the - - - company and asked if I could send them proof that these liens were not ours so they could correct their records. They told me no because I am not their client an... |
