First Heritage Credit, LLC Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease May 25, 2016 - The loan was originally taken out on - -, 2015 whereby the first inquiry was authorized & initiated. The loan was for the purchase of furniture, which was delivered in -, 2015. While reviewing my credit profile, I noticed that said lender had run another credit inquiry on - -, 2015, which was not authorized. This - inquiry prevented me from acquiring another loan! First Heritage Credit, LLC Consumer loan taking out the loan or lease August 28, 2015 - I requested a cash loan. I was told that I qualified for the loan but had to list personal property to secure the loan. I was then told that I had to also purchase property insurance to make payments in the event that I defaulted on the payments. I was told that the loan also came with life and - insurance and road side assisstance. These products were NOT offered to me as an option, but rather a condition. I was told all premiums would be prorated only for the months the loan remained active. When I returned the next month to pay off the loan in full all before the first monthly installmen... |
