First Heritage Credit, LLC Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Taking out the loan or lease Tennessee
The loan was originally taken out on - -, 2015 whereby the first inquiry was authorized & initiated. The loan was for the purchase of furniture, which was delivered in -, 2015. While reviewing my credit profile, I noticed that said lender had run another credit inquiry on - -, 2015, which was not authorized. This - inquiry prevented me from acquiring another loan! I have called the lender endlessly since I noticed the second inquiry, and even made several trips to their office - all of which seemed to have literally gone unnoticed! The manager had once instructed me to type a letter, which would be forwarded to their corporate office ( see attached ) to clear the matter up. To this date ( it 's been over 4 months since the letter ), all I get is the run around with nothing being accomplished!
