March 6, 2017 - Back in - 2014 my now ex-spouse used my AAFES - -. who was at the time an authorized user. Charged 6 straight times -, on my credit card what she did was buy - gift cards to a tune of over $6000.00. at no time did the credit card company notify, advise me, or verify if these transactions were authorized. the same amounts every day for 6 days should have raised a Red Flag. and when I did try to dispute it all I was told was she was an authorized user. now since this is a government institution, they are able to garnish my money. which they have to include my Fed tax refund. int...

October 19, 2015 - I called the Navy Exchange customer service today to remove an authorized user from my account. I was told by a customer service representative and their supervisor to call back in 48 hours to remove the authorized user from my account, giving the person I am revoking authorization an additional 48 hours to make purchases that as of today I no longer authorize.
