Avid Acceptance, LLC Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay March 7, 2016 - I requested the company correct their reporting on my credit report and they responded with a threat to garnish my wages and withdraw the signed payment agreement we currently have that has not been broken by myself in any way. They are now threatening to void the signed contract and force me into other options I can not do. Avid Acceptance, LLC Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay June 9, 2015 - I was advised by - employees ( - males ) that I would havea due date change after making my payments, which did not workwith my pay cycles. I made the payments and when I inquiredabout the due date change there was a delay in their response tome so it caused me to be late again.
