March 7, 2016 - I requested the company correct their reporting on my credit report and they responded with a threat to garnish my wages and withdraw the signed payment agreement we currently have that has not been broken by myself in any way. They are now threatening to void the signed contract and force me into other options I can not do. At the time the account was 11 days past due, I advised her I was unable to make a payment at that time.
