Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Arizona

I requested the company correct their reporting on my credit report and they responded with a threat to garnish my wages and withdraw the signed payment agreement we currently have that has not been broken by myself in any way. They are now threatening to void the signed contract and force me into other options I can not do. The options they are trying to force me into are as follows 1. sign a new agreement for a higher payment amount that they know I cant afford. 2. Settle the amount in two lump sum payments again they know I cant afford. 3. Threatening me to garnish and they only way to avoid it ( in their own words is to file chapter - bankruptcy which I cant do. They have contacted my employer to ask personal questions about my pay and advise my employer of my debt and their threats. They have also refused to respond to me in regard to the incorrect reporting on my credit.
