Paid for almost one year without any reduction in the loan principal. Did an amortization schedule to determine my 5 year loan would take 10 to repay. Called company because I could n't afford that and was not disclosed. Company agreed to lower interest to 89 % but this only shortened amortization to 7.5 years when my loan docs said 5. Delbert Services Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay December 17, 2015 - I have a loan with Delbert Services/ - which I pay every month on time my complaint is that they are aware of my pay dates yet they call my cell phone - times a day starting the - of the month. I have asked them to not call me until after the - which is my payday. They say the only way they will do that is if I set up automatic withdraws which I do not wish to do. Paid $290.00 over 16 months ( $4700.00 ). I realized I could no longer pay this ( behind on mortgage/utilies ) and that this extreme interest is illegal in my state ( Georgia ), requested they stop the ACH and we come to an agreement that they 've received their $2500.00 already and then some.
