Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Nebraska

I have a loan with Delbert Services/ - which I pay every month on time my complaint is that they are aware of my pay dates yet they call my cell phone - times a day starting the - of the month. I have asked them to not call me until after the - which is my payday. They say the only way they will do that is if I set up automatic withdraws which I do not wish to do. All I asked was for them to not call - times per day, they also do not leave any messages when they call.
