Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay March 23, 2016 - For the last few months I have been told verbally ( recorded line supposedly ) that I would qualify for another deferment ( 2 month deferment ) to help me get my loan caught up as I have been paying one month in arrears for months. I was told to just keep making a payment monthly even though it 's behind and I would qualify in a " couple '' months.
