On - I received a call from - from Avid Acceptance attempting to collect payment for my vehicle. At the time the account was 11 days past due, I advised her I was unable to make a payment at that time. She transferred the call to a male name -, he never disclosed his title he simply advised me I had to make a payment with him because they were closing the books, he stated I was a bad paying customer, I advised I would be able to make a payment the following week on -/-/-. He refused to set up the arrangement for the day I requested, he then demanded I make - payments on -, I once again advised him I was only able to make - payment on the - he proceeded by saying you have a few hours before we close the books to come up with $330.00 & disconnected the call. My payments are due on the - of every month I should n't be forced to pay before my due date because the representative wants to meet his quota. I should not be denied to make a payment, be hung up on, & disrespected! I was not allowed the opportunity to give him the reasons for delinquency. - was very disrespectful, very aggressive I felt pressured bullied by this individual. At no point in time did I raise my voice or used any type of profanity to be mistreated the way he did.
