US Mortgage Corporation Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account July 17, 2015 - I contacted a real estate agent at - - - in -, OK about a HUD property. - weeks after signing contracts the agent ( - - ) quit '', said I was reassigned to another agent ( - - ) and they referred me to US Mortgage. I had a preapproval from another lender who required utilities on during inspection so we could n't move forward. Other concerns followed but concern now I escrowed monies to pay for plumbing as part of the FHA loan. This was financed in my FHA loan ( - -, 2015 ). US Mortgage Corporation Mortgage settlement process and costs April 21, 2015 - Hi and thanks for your time ... we recently refinanced in order to take advantage of the reduced FHA monthly MI premium and move from 5yr ARM ( originated with same lender about 12 months prior ) to a fixed product. The monthly savings are less than $100.00 but the silver lining was ARM to Fixed. The day before closing I received the following e-mail : -- , Funds to close is $ - escrow return is $4400.00.
