Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Mortgage loan servicing, payments, escrow account December 10, 2015 - My mortgage was sold to Vanderilt Martgage and Finance. The new service company has raised the escrow requirements twice in less than 30 days. I called them to discuss it and their answer is " there is nothing we can do about it ''. I asked to have an analysis completed and allow me to talk to the analysis manager. I could not get past customer service. They are increasing the escrow for an extra month. ... |
