Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls September 8, 2016 - Receiving multiple repetitious collection calls from collection agency on my sons account that is in collections with - - - -. Called me -/-/16 at 4 separate times from - different numbers - and - between - and -. On all 4 calls received during that 8 minute period, no messages were left requesting a call back. 4 calls from a collection agency in 8 minutes is collection harassment. Especially since no messages were left. In addition, this collection account is actually in my sons name, but he did approve for me to speak the them on his behalf. I spoke with them... |
