Capital One Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid May 28, 2015 - I paid with a Check from - - - the amount of $300.00 to KOHLS, - -. They clear the check from my - - - Acct. After That KOLHS said they never cash the check because it was return. I went to - - - and the fax to KOLHS the the CHECK # -, cashed by them. After that they continue charging me the balance. I called again and ask what else I can do to prove the check was chased and never return to my acct.
